Allen Walker finally has got back into the Exorcist league. His new Crown Clown innocence is more perfectly joint with his body than before and has even more powerful features.
The Innocence has its name as Crown Clown because it looked as if it was a clown as said by Allen himself and named by him too.

After Allen had his meal and prepared, he went up the ark.

Finally Allen Walker has found his true meaning being an exorcist.
His real destiny being an Exorcist is not just being around with friends and being comfortable but truly, his destiny is to bring salvation to the Akumas.

His right hand is for the humans while his left is for the Akumas.
He can't lose both of his friends and brining Salvation for the Akumas.
So, his only reason that his Innocence did not activate before was because he totally forgotten about his real reason and destiny of being an Exorcist, bringing Salvation to Akumas.

His level 2 eye even saw the soul of that level 3 Akuma crying out to him which explains why his eye had been acting all weird.

getting devoured by the Earl.

The Earl's plans were to make the entire human race turned into Akumas and the Exorcists
have the power of the Innocence that was given to them by God which allows that to kill
those Akumas and give them rest.
